Morrissey’s is the first Irish pub in Uptown Minneapolis, MN. It is a proper pub featuring great food, live music and genuine hospitality. It carries a long line of Irish pub tradition that started in 1875 in Duluth, MN with the Erin Bragh Pub. Four good friends with a mutual love and appreciation for friends, family and good times opened Morrissey’s just in time for St. Paddy’s Day 2013.
Since then, Morrissey’s has become a cornerstone with an excellent Irish flair celebrating great international beers with a wine and spirit selection unparalleled as well as specializing in everything whiskey – a first in Minneapolis.
The pub’s restaurant serves a full menu of classic pub sandwiches, traditional Irish fare and is locally renowned for it’s tasty appetizers. It features a live music stage that hosts traditional Irish music, Irish sing-songs and some of the finest local songwriters in the area.
