612Brew Brewery and Taproom produces small batch beers of the highest quality to satisfy the craft beer drinker with a discerning palate, as well as the weekend beer drinker. The line of beers 612Brew will offer often fall into the "sessionable" category of beers, which are moderate to low alcohol content and able to be consumed in a "drinking session." The quality ingredients used in the line of beers are sourced as close to Minneapolis as possible, bringing true meaning to local beer.
The 612Brew Brewery is located in Northeast Minneapolis off Broadway and Central and serves beer only. 612Brew has a two-vessel 15bbl steam heated brewhouse with four-30bbl mirror polished fermentation tanks. The taproom has a seating capacity of 70, not including the outdoor patio, and feature exceptional hand-crafted brews. The landmark building has exposed brick and timber along with polished concrete floors, an outdoor patio and a rain garden, creating a perfect atmosphere for the brewery.
